Just picked up by Sub Pop, this band of newly transplanted Seattleites have formed what can only be described as luminous sound. This was filmed in a parking garage in Tacoma, Washington. I am counting myself pretty lucky -
I get to see them in NYC, Philadelphia & Boston this winter
and am looking forward to each date.

I am unsure what to say about this incredibly powerful performance, other than I wish I had been there,  so I will refrain.

I am seriously feeling the need for renewal this year.

I somehow managed to fritter the entire day away.  

I talked with an old friend. Ambled the coastline  with new a friend. 

The craggy edge of the world along Rockport & Anninsquam are completely forthcoming, nothing to hide,  no surprises - very refreshing.

I have been spending some time considering the past year. 

 All of the things learned- good & bad, all of the successes & minor failures, 

learning from, and moving on. 

I am gearing up for really BIG & exciting things at milk & honey. Soon you will hear drips and drabs of milk & honey's sister store opening in Rockport on May 1st!
